Combined treatments, associating surgical excisions, translation or rotation flaps, and expansions of skin, allow to treat complex giant nevi. These interventions require numerous operating times, during hospitalizations of 48 hours.

 

 

A. was born, with a very pigmented naevus, spreading half of face and scap. To decrease the nevic surface progressively, surgical excisions were repeated, followed by translation and advancement flaps (taken from the neck and behind ears). The last photo illustrates result, after 8 interventions (15 days of hospitalization on the whole).
