Some nevi of the face are particularly difficult to remove, either because the recovering skin is not very elastic (tip of nose for instance), either because located near of a distortable area (buccal commissure, eyelids). To treat giant nevi, it's often necessary to repeat removing procedures, or to employ combined techniques.

90% of the surface of this big nevus of upper lip have been removed in a first surgical session, with large undermining of the right cheek. A second operation will be necessary to finish the treatment. Result will be good without distorsion of right corner of the mouth.

This big temporal naevus of the temporal area have been removed by skin expansion during a first session. Aspect of residual scars have been improved with a second operation.
