Some threatening hemangioma need an early surgical treatment to avoid alteration of a vital function: angioma of lips, angioma of eyelids, angioma of ears, angioma of nose.

Cyrano hemangioma, developed at the tip of the nose,may be very voluminous. They are particularly exposed to traumatisms of current life, and they can block the view, get an orthoptic complication as strabism, or interfer with developement of nose.
